Hi Ken,
I am just back from the Crest, where it was 36 degrees (F) and sunny with a very light breeze (<5 mph). The road and parking lots were clear and the remaining snow is now very patchy and almost entirely in the shade.
As you will see from the attached log update, the finches are still present. The Crest House staff say that flocks of "about 25" are still coming to the feeder in the mornings, but they no longer see any large flocks.
