Nancy Cox of the Banding Team advised that banding has resumed. The team gets there at 10:00 AM and advises that their operations should be underway by 10:30 AM:

"We now have our state banding permit.  It had been sent to an incorrect email address.

"We still plan on banding on Sundays from 10 until 2 as long as road conditions allow.  We also don't know how long the Rosy-finches will stay in New Mexico.  They often stay in New Mexico into March but we saw quite a few Sandhill Cranes flying north today."
